The goods will only be refunded if they are received undamaged and in the original condition. The goods must be returned at your expense, via your chosen courier to the address above. All monies will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. Please get a proof of posting form, free from any Post office to insure your parcel in case it gets lost in the post.
For overseas returns please email us during our opening hours, Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30 pm. We have to make special arrangements for returns from overseas.

A refund or replacement will then be issued within 7 working days (subject to product availability). All monies will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred.
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. This encryption begins at the form where you are asked for your credit card details. They are only decrypted after they reach the Protx bank computers, all that passes through the internet is a scrambled message. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Your information is not stored on an internet active computer so your details cannot be accessed by a third party.
