Terms and Conditions

Tattoo Clothing Standard Conditions of Trading
 
(a) All sales shall be deemed to be made between the Buyer and Tattoo Clothing in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale herein after mentioned. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions and any terms and conditions put forward by the Buyer, these conditions shall prevail.
(b) No person has authority to make any representation on behalf of Tattoo Clothing, which is not made or confirmed in writing and the Buyer shall not rely upon any representation unless made or confirmed in writing.
(c) The prices for all materials or goods supplied and transportation shall be strictly in accordance with those prices at the time of order currently notified and published by Tattoo Clothing unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Tattoo Clothing.
(d) Goods are not sold (or tested) as conforming to any British Standard Specification or as fit for any particular purpose, unless expressly so stated in writing, and any term, condition or warranty that the goods are so fit is excluded.
(e) The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has paid Tattoo Clothing the whole price thereof and the price of any other outstanding sale. If, notwithstanding that the ownership of goods has not passed to the Buyer, the Buyer agrees that, prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, Tattoo Clothing may, at any time enter upon the Buyer's premises and remove the goods there from and that the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for this purpose. Notwithstanding that ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer save as provided above, the goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer from the time of collection or delivery to him of the goods.
(f) Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred.
(g) Standard delivery within the UK is £3.50 per delivery address. We normally deliver within 3-8 working days if all your goods are in stock.
(h) Shipping on international orders is calculated by weight and whether the order is to be sent to Europe or the Rest of the World. Orders between 0-500 grams (e.g. t-shirts) cost £4.95 to Europe and £6.95 to the Rest of the World. Orders between 501-1000 grams (e.g. hoodies) cost £7.95 to Europe and £10.95 to the Rest of the World. For a breakdown of international shipping costs click here. International orders can take between 7-28 days depending on where they are to be shipped.   
(i) Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt. The goods will only be refunded if they are received undamaged and in the original condition. The goods must be returned at your expense, via your chosen courier to the address provided on the delivery note.
Please get a proof of posting form, free from any Post office to insure your parcel in case it gets lost in the post.
(j) For overseas returns please contact us and we will respond as promptly as possible during our opening hours, Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30 pm. We have to make special arrangements for returns from overseas.
 (k) Whilst every effort will be made by Tattoo Clothing to ensure that the correct quantity and quality of goods are delivered within a timely manner to the Buyer, Tattoo Clothing shall not be liable for any damages caused by such omissions or delays.
(l) In using any goods supplied by Tattoo Clothing the purchaser shall observe all instructions, directions and warnings issued by Tattoo Clothing or the manufacturer.
(m) All cases of force majeur such as wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, bankruptcy, fire, water damage, delay in transport, lack of means of transport, breakdown in factories or those of our suppliers or any other unforeseeable events give us the right to postpone the fulfilment of the contract, as well as to cancel it partially or wholly without thereby conferring on the Buyer the right to claim damages against Tattoo Clothing or the manufacturers.
(n) The contract between Tattoo Clothing and the Buyer shall be deemed to have been made at the registered office of Tattoo Clothing, 20 Arthur Street, Edinburgh, EH6 5BZ.
(o) All contracts subject to these Conditions between the Buyer and Tattoo Clothing, shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with Scots law and the Buyer hereby agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts in respect of all claims, disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with any such contract.
